The work of digitizing and making the Club 47 Calendars available online was all done by the dedicated staff at the Robert S. Cox Special Collections at UMass Amherst, home of the Folk New England Archive. Soon, we will have two additional archivists working on our collections.
Processing of the Jim Kweskin Collection will soon be completed, and a finding aid will be uploaded in late Spring. Select materials from the Jim Kweskin Collection and the Betsy Siggins Collection will also be digitized.
A finding aid for the Mel Lyman Collection has just been uploaded. The Lyman collection consists of extensive sound recordings of folk, country, and popular music maintained by musician Mel Lyman (1938-1978). Among the hundreds of disks are rare 78 rpm records of blues and country performers.
The Scott Alarik collection will be organized with a written finding aid and an inventory posted online.
The Tom Rush Collection is also in process; an inventory of recordings will be online soon.
